Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

Summary for Humans (TL;DR)

Do not use our tools or APIs for malware, cracking, spam, or DDoS. If you find a security vulnerability, report it privately to security@codeguyakash.in.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use CODEGUYAKASH software, APIs, or infrastructure to: distribute malware or spyware; execute denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks; bypass license validation servers; or perform unauthorized mass web scraping.

2. API Rate Limits & Quotas

API endpoints have rate limits to protect stability. Clients receiving HTTP 429 Too Many Requests must implement exponential backoff.

3. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure

If you discover a security bug, email security@codeguyakash.in. We review submissions within 48 hours. Please allow reasonable time to patch before public disclosure.

4. Enforcement & Violations

Violations result in immediate API key revocation, account termination without refund, and IP blocking.
