1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All software code, brand assets, logos, and UI designs are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication or resale is prohibited.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright takedown notice, email dmca@codeguyakash.in with: description of copyrighted work; exact URL of infringing material; your contact details; and statement under penalty of perjury.

3. Counter-Notification

If material was mistakenly removed, you may submit a formal counter-notification pursuant to Section 512(g) of the DMCA.

4. Designated Copyright Agent
