You receive a revocable license to use our software responsibly. You cannot crack, reverse engineer, or abuse our APIs. Paid licenses follow their respective seat quotas. Software is provided "as-is" without uptime guarantees, and liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software, extension, mobile app, desktop program, or API built by CODEGUYAKASH, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Third-party store terms also apply: Google Play Store terms for Android apps, Apple App Store Standard EULA for iOS/macOS apps, and Chrome Web Store / Mozilla AMO distribution guidelines for extensions.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, license keys, and API tokens. Notify us at security@codeguyakash.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or extract source code from proprietary binaries; bypass DRM or licensing servers; distribute pirated keys; or conduct DDoS attacks or malicious scraping against our APIs.

6. Billing, Fees & Upgrades

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, user interface designs, trademarks, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of CODEGUYAKASH.

8. Warranty Disclaimer (AS-IS)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS CAPPED AT THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CODEGUYAKASH IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR $50 USD (₹4,000 INR).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
