Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for direct web license purchases if our software fails to function properly. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with zero penalty. In-App purchases made inside Google Play or Apple App Store follow store refund rules.

1. Digital Products Overview

CODEGUYAKASH distributes digital software products (SaaS tools, downloadable desktop licenses, extension upgrades, mobile in-app items, and API credits). Digital goods are delivered immediately upon checkout.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

For purchases made directly via our web store (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Razorpay), we provide a 14-day refund window if: (a) the software has a verified critical defect unresolvable within 5 business days; (b) accidental duplicate billing occurred; or (c) an advertised core feature is missing.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

4. Google Play & Apple App Store Purchases

Purchases made inside Google Play or the Apple App Store must be refunded directly through their platforms (Google Play Orders or Apple Report a Problem).

5. Lifetime Deals (LTD)

Lifetime licenses are subject to the standard 14-day policy. Upon refund, license activation keys are immediately deactivated.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted after 14 days, on already-consumed API tokens/LLM credits, or for accounts banned due to terms violations (e.g. cracking, DDoS, malicious abuse).

7. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@codeguyakash.in or support@codeguyakash.in with your Order ID and reason. We respond within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method in 3-7 banking days.

8. Chargebacks & Abuse

Please contact us directly before filing a bank chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks trigger automated license termination and account suspension.
